• In addition to providing Architectural and Engineering services, we also offer design management, tender management, construction management, and project initiation services either as part of total project management or as individual services.
• Regarding design management, we handle tasks such as preparing specifications for tender invitations, organizing design activities, collecting and evaluating design proposals, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with standards, work schedules, presentation requirements, and budgeting during the designapproval process.

• Our tender management services include preparing prequalification specifica tions, draft contracts, technical and administrative specifications, unit price lists, es timates summaries, and evaluation criteria for tenders. We manage the collection and evaluation of prequalification data, tender offers, contract finalization, changes, and the overall tender process.
• As part of our construction management services, we ensure the quality, quantity, and timely completion of the project within the specified budget, utilizing our part-time technical staff.
• In terms of construction management, we provide full-time staff to oversee and ensure the quality, quantity, and timely completion of the project in accordance with the project contract and specifications. We handle tasks such as cash flow management, finalization, quality control and assurance, occupational safety, planning, budgeting, and project completion
